Where are the offices of Skoodle Play located?
Currently our office is located in Vadodara while the orders are shipped from various warehouses located across India aimed to get the products reach our customer in minimum possible time.
What products does Skoodle Play sell?
We sell products of all the leading brands for children and kids across sections right from Infant, Pre-school, Plush, Art & Craft, Armory Role Play, Vehicles, Indoor Board Games, Outdoor & Indoor Sports, School Supplies, Modeling Dough, Game Cards, Grab Bags, Puzzles & Games etc. We also stock items from some of the leading importers and domestic manufacturers of the country. The items undergo a thorough check by our QA team before they are stocked.
What is the process of payment at Skoodleplay.com?
To purchase product from our website, customer has an option to pay for the order through Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking & different Wallets. One can also opt to pay through COD (Cash on Delivery) if the service is available at their pincode.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will update about each and every product on our website if they are in stock or out of stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons, we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24 hours. Some items (which are restocked regularly) and is temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an Out of Stock tag in our website. You can use the Notify Me option and we will inform you once the product is replenished and available for sale.
How are the products packaged?
Each of the individual products are securely packaged and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe and secure delivery.
Do you deliver products outside India?
We deliver our products outside India and in countries like China, Hong Kong and U.S.A. Delivery outside country is product specific and one can check the location through pincode checker, if the desired product can be shipped outside india. Certain products are deliverable only in India and may not be available for deliveries worldwide.
What is GST?
GST means Goods and Service Tax. It is a single indirect tax on the sale of goods and services throughout India. GST is applicable w.e.f. 1st July, 2017.
How GST amount is calculated over and above the discounted price?
GST is calculated on the basis of rates mentioned under GST laws for each category of product, customer location and the applicable discount on the product at the time of purchase.
GST over and above the discounted price is applicable on products with discount of 19% and above. The GST collected on the discounted price is duly deposited with the respective GST Authorities having jurisdiction or adjusted as per the applicable GST Act and Rules.
Do I have to pay GST on purchase of any product?
GST is included in the price displayed on the website. All products are available with Incl. of all taxes. Customers need to pay only the price displayed on the website with applicable shipping charge if any.
What is your Return Policy?

What options do I have while making payment?
Payments are accepted through Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, Wallet etc. Option to buy on COD is also available on the website on selective products and based on pincode availability of COD option.
